Currently, hexagon tiles are divided into 2 main types based on size: 300×300 mosaic hexagon tiles and 200×230 hexagon tiles, alongside large-format 520x600mm hexagon tiles.
200×230 hexagon tiles and mosaic hexagon tiles are often used as decorative wall tiles, while the 520×600 size is commonly used for floor tiling.

Specifically for the 200×230 size, tiles are categorized into 2 types based on surface patterns: encaustic-look hexagon tiles and decorative hexagon tiles. Moreover, with a specialized Porcelain body, they can completely replace traditional square floor tiles while bringing a tranquil, luxurious, simple yet sophisticated style to your space.

3. How to Install Hexagon Tiles

Basic guide on installing hexagon floor tiles:

• Step 1: Level the surface using cement and apply a waterproof primer; in addition to waterproofing, the primer helps prevent tile cracking.
• Step 2: Lay out the hexagon tiles: Place the tiles over the primer layer and arrange them according to the desired pattern; this helps plan out which tiles need cutting and how.
• Step 3: Begin tiling: Spread mortar and set the first hexagon tiles along the length of the room. Use a string line or laser level to ensure proper alignment (remember to use spacers to maintain uniform joints between tiles). Continue until the entire floor area is tiled.
• Step 4: Once all tiles are securely set, apply grout for the final finishing step.
